How to find out more about a registration already made
Registrations you have made via the website will be available to view via your Learning Dashboard. Please refresh the page/ log out and in again if this does not show up immediately.
As part of the HEIW Biodiversity and Decarbonisation Strategy; Area of Action 2: Sustainable Procurement, we are reducing the amount of printing we undertake. We therefore kindly ask that you consider this in relation to any of the resources utilised. We no longer routinely provide paperwork apart from in electronic form. If you feel that you still require us to provide you with a paper copy of the resources, please email HEIW.Pharmacy@wales.nhs.uk with your request, no later than 7 days prior to the event.

We no longer provide food at most events including evening CPD sessions. Light refreshments including hot drink options and fruit/ biscuits will however be provided from 30minutes prior to the start time. Some specific cohorts or longer sessions will be exempt from this, and information will be outlined within the Event Information section where food options apply.

Discussion Based Events
Participants are strongly encouraged to complete the pre-work before the event.
This will be available before the event (as soon as you register) on your Learning Dashboard which can be accessed by: Log in > Learning Dashboard > WCPPE Course Overview > Live events > Click on relevant session > Learning Resources
Book 2 will be utilised at the event. You do not need to look at book 2 before the event, however, you may want time to obtain your own copy to utilise at the session. Book 2 will be released under the Learning Resources section 48 hours before the event so you have the option print out a copy or download onto your device so that you can type into the electronic copy. If possible, we encourage you to bring personal portable devices such as a laptops with you to access any resources. Paper copies will no longer be supplied as outlined above.
