If you haven’t already done so, please reset your password to make sure that you’re able to access the Pharmacy website. We advise completing this well in advance of your registered event start date to ensure that your access to the website works.

Resetting your password (Guidance)
To reset your registered user account password, simply navigate the my account webpage on the Pharmacy website:
Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link.
This will direct you to the lost password and reset password webpage.
Enter either your registered username, or registered email address in the ‘Username or email’ box and click ‘Reset Password’.
Once reset, the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email, please remember to check your junk / spam email folders.
