Chronic Heart Failure – NICE guideline update webinar recording
Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome of symptoms and signs that suggest the efficiency of the heart as a pump is impaired. It is caused by structural or functional abnormalities of the heart. Just under a million people in the UK today have been diagnosed with heart failure. The overall prevalence of heart failure is rising because of population ageing and increasing rates of obesity, but treatments for heart failure have become more effective and survival rates have increased.
Do you know the latest NICE recommendations on how to diagnose and manage chronic heart failure?
Do you know how to put the guidance into action to improve your practice?
Join us on this webinar recording to address these questions and more! We will also be demonstrating what each step of the recommendations could mean for you by talking through these with a patient journey.
