Trosolwg:
Mae System Rheoli Pryderon Unwaith dros Gymru (Datix Cymru) wedi’i darparu’n ddiweddar ar gyfer pob contractwr fferylliaeth gymunedol, fel olynydd i’r System Adrodd a Dysgu Cenedlaethol (NRLS) sydd wedi cael ei ddadgomisiynu. Rhoddir gwybod i’r Bwrdd Iechyd perthnasol yn GIG Cymru am bob digwyddiad diogelwch cleifion, gan ddefnyddio’r system hon o 1 Ebrill 2022.

Overview:
The Once for Wales Concerns Management System (Datix Cymru) has recently been made available for all community pharmacy contractors, as a successor to the National Reporting and Learning System (NRLS) which has been decommissioned. All patient safety incidents are reported to the relevant Health Board in NHS Wales, using this system from 1 April 2022.
