This programme has been developed by Alzheimer’s Society and Dementia Friends and adapted for the Pharmacy team by HEIW, in order to change the way you think, act and talk about dementia.

This programme is designed for the pharmacy team to support the Welsh Pharmaceutical Committee ambition for the whole pharmacy profession in Wales to become a dementia friendly organisation
