Updated Cancellation Policy

Please note, we have updated our cancellation policy:

If you are unable to attend a live CPD training event, please cancel your booking by telephone or email, at least one full working day before the event. Therefore, if you are cancelling for an evening event, you should contact us the day before the event. This will allow us some time to offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

Failure to cancel your place on an evening event, will result in a charge of £25 to cover the cost of catering and resources.

If you have received confirmation of a place on a CPD+ programme/course and then wish to withdraw, written notification must be received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the course to allow us to process your refund. After this date, we will no longer issue a refund; the payment will contribute towards the subsidised cost of the course and a cancellation charge may be incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel or rearrange any training event/programme/course. A decision to cancel or rearrange an event will be made no later than 12 noon, five working days before the event date, unless it is beyond our control.

If WCPPE has to cancel an event, we will attempt to notify all registered participants by telephone or email, as well as posting a notice on our website and social media pages. We would therefore encourage you to ensure your registration contact details are up-to-date, and to check our website regularly.
