Ymunwch a ni yn y gweminar hon ble byddwn yn rhoi diweddariad ar newidiadau i’r Wasanaeth Anhwylderau Cyffredin (CAS). Mae’r sesiwn wedi cael ei ddatblygu i Fferyllwyr Cymunedol sydd bellach yn cynnig y wasanaeth.
Canlyniadau Dysgu:
Ar ôl mynychu’r digwyddiad hwn bydd cyfranogwyr yn gallu:
- Crynhoi’r newidiadau i’r Gwasanaeth Anhwylderau Cyffredin (CAS) yng Nghymru
- Cydnabod yr adnoddau a’r gweithdrefnau sy’n gysylltiedig â CAS
- Disgrifio sut mae CAS yn chwarae rhan bwysig yng ngofal cleifion o fferyllfeydd cymunedol
- Gwybod ble i ddod o hyd i ragor o wybodaeth ac adnoddau
